India Basin: The Future of the SF Waterfront

Recently the India Basin project was featured in Bisnow SF to promote an open-forum discussion taking this week about the future of the SF waterfront. Congratulations to the team for another positive write-up. 

"Because of the extraordinary scale of the undeveloped site, Michael tells us the company has an opportunity to develop a network of stormwater and “black water” (sewage) treatment wetlands that could allow the project to become a net exporter of recycled water (for irrigation and non-potable uses) to the surrounding area, including Lennar’s 10,000-unit Shipyard development."
